How long does shipping take for heavy gym equipment?
Standard shipping for accessories takes 3-5 business days. For heavy equipment like power racks or treadmills, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days via our specialized freight partners to ensure safe handling.
What is your return policy on fitness apparel and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items like sweatbands, water bottles, and used compression wear cannot be returned.
Do you offer warranties on Force Fitness hardware?
Yes, all Force Fitness strength equipment comes with a 2-year frame warranty and a 1-year warranty on moving parts and cables. Electronic components on cardio machines are covered for 12 months.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also track your status directly through the 'Order History' section of your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
